Mandatory Documents for Registered Participants to Attend Selection Camps

1. Proof of Identity

  • A government-issued photo ID such as a passport, Aadhar card, driver’s license, or voter ID card is necessary to verify the player’s identity.

2. Age Proof

  • A birth certificate, passport, or another official document that confirms the player’s age. This is particularly important for ensuring that players meet age-related eligibility criteria.

3. Medical Fitness Certificate

  • A fitness certificate issued by a certified medical professional is required to ensure that the player is in good health and fit to participate in the competitive games. This is a standard requirement to minimize the risk of injuries during the tournament.

4. Photographs

  • Recent passport-sized photographs (typically 2-3) for official registration and team records.

5. Player Registration Form

  • A completed player registration form with personal information, cricketing history, and prior performance details. This helps the league organizers verify the player’s qualifications and experience.

6. Affiliation or Club Membership

  • A letter or document confirming the player’s affiliation with a cricket club or association. If the player is being brought in from an existing team or franchise, this may include a recommendation or reference letter from the club.

7. No Objection Certificate (NOC)

  • If the player is currently under contract with another team, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current team or governing cricket body may be required. This ensures there are no contractual conflicts before participating in CCL.

8. Anti-Doping Declaration

  • An anti-doping compliance form is often required to ensure that the player agrees to abide by the anti-doping rules and regulations set by the league and the relevant sports authorities.

9. Parental Consent (For Minors)

  • If the player is under the legal age (minor), a parental consent form signed by the guardian or parent is required, granting permission for the player to participate in the CCL.

10. Payment Proof (If Applicable)

  • Proof of any registration or participation fees that need to be paid for entering the tournament. Receipts or transaction details may be required for verification.

11. Previous Cricketing Records (Optional)

  • A performance record or reference letter from previous teams, coaches, or clubs may be requested, especially for players with notable achievements in regional or national tournaments. This helps selectors evaluate the player’s experience and capabilities.
